Session booking notice

If CashDey ever offers planner sessions, booking data should stay lean: core contact details for the booking itself, and a separate optional consent for any pre-session financial brief.

CashDey does not currently run a live planner session-booking flow.

If this launches

Required for booking

Name, email, and phone number so the appointment can be confirmed and delivered.

Optional pre-session brief

A narrower financial summary only if you explicitly allow it. That should stay separate from the booking consent.

What stays out of scope

Exact balances, bank account details, BVN, NIN, and full transaction history.

Retention

Booking records may stay for a limited service window. Any paid-session records may need statutory retention.

To book your session, we collect your name, email, and phone number. We share these with your assigned financial planner so they can contact you to confirm the appointment. Your financial data from CashDey (survival days, income band, obligations) will be shared with your planner as a pre-session brief ONLY if you explicitly consent below. Purpose: session booking and delivery Retention: 12 months from session date Your rights: deletion via hello@cashdey.com

Your control

  • Booking consent should stay separate from optional financial-profile sharing.
  • Withdrawing the optional pre-session brief should stop that sharing without automatically cancelling the booking.
  • The assigned planner should receive only the minimum useful payload, not a raw CashDey ledger.
