CashDey does not ask for identity-verification data in the current product. If that ever changes for a regulated partner flow, it should sit behind a separate, highly controlled process.

CashDey does not currently run a live KYC-required partner flow.
If this launches
- KYC should appear only where a regulated partner or legal rule makes it mandatory.
- The process should be separate from normal CashDey use.
- Storage, access controls, retention, and deletion rules should be stricter than the rest of the app.
- A separate launch review and DPIA should happen before collection starts.
