Your data rights
Nigeria's NDPA gives you rights over your personal data. CashDey is designed so several of those rights are self-serve instead of email-first.

Most rights are quicker than they sound
- You can update your numbers in the app any time.
- You can reset this device and delete app data we can remove immediately from Settings.
- You can disconnect Telegram yourself.
- Email is still there when you need access, portability, restriction, or help with retained data.
What you can do right now
Access
Open the app to view your current picture. For server-side records like retained Coach history or stored PII, email hello@cashdey.com.
Correction
Use Update my numbers for financial inputs. For stored identity details like name, email, or phone, email us.
Erasure
Settings → Reset everything clears this device, destroys the session, and deletes app data we can remove immediately. Telegram can be stopped separately.
Objection
Turn off public-page analytics, disconnect Telegram, or stop using optional features you no longer want.
What still needs an email
- Machine-readable export of server-side records.
- Restriction of processing.
- Correction or deletion help for retained identity data.
- Questions about records that cannot be removed immediately.

Limits and timing
- We respond within 30 days for valid rights requests.
- Complex requests may take longer, but we will tell you if that happens.
- Some records may have to stay for a legal retention period, especially future paid-product tax records.
- CashDey does not currently make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
If you are still unhappy
We would rather fix the problem directly, but if we do not resolve your concern you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
